Jck-3 touch screen controlled building materials flammability test furnace is an upgraded product with the functions of controllable automatic lifting of sample and advance and retreat adjustment of Bunsen lamp on the basis of the old jck-2 product. It is a high configuration building materials combustion level test instrument produced in strict accordance with the national standard gb8626-2007.

The combustibility test furnace of building materials is to directly impact the vertically placed samples with small flame in normal combustion environment to determine the combustibility of building products. Based on kleinbrenner's principle, the combustibility test furnace for building materials is used to determine the combustion performance of class B building materials under the direct impact of small flame in the vertical direction (i.e. to determine the combustion performance
/ flame retardant class B of building materials).

2、 Main technical parameters
1. Ambient temperature: 15 ℃～ 25 ℃;

4. Gas source: commercial propane with purity no less than 95%, which can also be replaced by liquefied petroleum gas in common test (the gas source for transportation safety needs to be provided by users themselves);

7. The diameter of burner is Φ 0.17mm, the flame length of Bunsen burner is 20mm ± 2mm, and the burner can be tilted 45 degrees.
8. Flame (1s-99 s) ± 0.5 s is applied to the sample, which can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the accuracy is ± 0.2 s.
9. Combustible gas source: propane with purity more than 95%.
